اَلْمَزَامِيرُ 14:2

اَلرَّبُّ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاءِ أَشْرَفَ عَلَى بَنِي ٱلْبَشَرِ، لِيَنْظُرَ: هَلْ مِنْ فَاهِمٍ طَالِبِ ٱللهِ؟

The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
