ગીતશાસ્ત્ર 137:3

અમને બંદીવાસમાં લઈ જનારાંઓએ અમને આનંદી ગીતો ગાવા કહ્યું, જેઓએ અમારી મશ્કરી કરી હતી તેઓએ અમને ખુશ કરવા જણાવ્યું કે, “સિયોનનાં ગીતોમાંનું કોઈ એક ગીત ગાઓ.”

For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us required of us mirth, saying, Sing us one of the songs of Zion.
