เพราะคทาของคนชั่วจะไม่พักอยู่เหนือแผ่นดิ​นที​่ตกเป็นส่วนของคนชอบธรรม เกรงว่าคนชอบธรรมจะยื่​นม​ือออกกระทำความชั่วช้า

For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.
