يَسْكُبُ هَوَانًا عَلَى رُؤَسَاءَ، وَيُضِلُّهُمْ فِي تِيهٍ بِلَا طَرِيقٍ،
He poureth contempt upon princes, and causeth them to wander in the wilderness, where there is no way.
