اَلْمَزَامِيرُ 107:26

يَصْعَدُونَ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ، يَهْبِطُونَ إِلَى ٱلْأَعْمَاقِ. ذَابَتْ أَنْفُسُهُمْ بِٱلشَّقَاءِ.

They mount up to the heaven, they go down again to the depths: their soul is melted because of trouble.
