ఈజిప్టులో మా పూర్వీకులు నీ అద్భుతాలను గ్రహించలేదు. నీ కృపాబాహుళ్యం జ్ఞాపకం తెచ్చుకోలేదు. సముద్రం దగ్గర, ఎర్రసముద్రం దగ్గర వారు తిరుగు బాటు చేశారు.

Our fathers understood not thy wonders in Egypt; they remembered not the multitude of thy mercies; but provoked him at the sea, even at the Red sea.
