لِيَأْسُرَ رُؤَسَاءَهُ حَسَبَ إِرَادَتِهِ وَيُعَلِّمَ مَشَايِخَهُ حِكْمَةً.
To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom.
