નીતિવચનો 30:33

કારણ કે દૂધ વલોવ્યાથી માખણ નીપજે છે અને નાક મચડ્યાથી લોહી નીકળે છે, તેમ જ ક્રોધને છંછેડવાથી ઝઘડો ઊભો થાય છે.

Surely the churning of milk bringeth forth butter, and the wringing of the nose bringeth forth blood: so the forcing of wrath bringeth forth strife.
