إِذَا سَادَ ٱلصِّدِّيقُونَ فَرِحَ ٱلشَّعْبُ، وَإِذَا تَسَلَّطَ ٱلشِّرِّيرُ يَئِنُّ ٱلشَّعْبُ.
When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
