بِلَا رُؤْيَا يَجْمَحُ ٱلشَّعْبُ، أَمَّا حَافِظُ ٱلشَّرِيعَةِ فَطُوبَاهُ.
Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
