مَنْ يَحْفَظُ فَمَهُ وَلِسَانَهُ، يَحْفَظُ مِنَ ٱلضِّيقَاتِ نَفْسَهُ.
Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.
