حَكِيمُ ٱلْقَلْبِ يَقْبَلُ ٱلْوَصَايَا، وَغَبِيُّ ٱلشَّفَتَيْنِ يُصْرَعُ.
The wise in heart will receive commandments: but a prating fool shall fall.
