それは、私がどういうばあいにも恥じることなく、いつものように今も大胆に語って、生きるにしても、死ぬにしても、私の身によって、キリストのすばらしさが現わされることを求める私の切なる願いと望みにかなっているのです。

According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.
