Jakobs hus ska vara en eld och Josefs hus en flamma [Josefs söner är Efraim och Manasse, de är Jakobs barnbarn och representerar det norra riket] och Esaus hus ska bli som stickor som man antänder och de ska slukas (av elden). Ingenting ska bli kvar av Esaus hus, för Herren (Jahveh) har talat.
