લેવીઓમાંના જે સર્વની ગણતરી થઈ, જેઓને મૂસાએ અને હારુને યહોવાહની આજ્ઞા અનુસાર ગણ્યા તેઓ, એટલે એક મહિનાના અને તેની ઉપરની ઉંમરના લેવી પુરુષો પોતાના કુટુંબ મુજબ બાવીસ હજાર હતા.
