ЧЕТВЕРТА КНИГА МОЙСЕЯ 35:12

І будуть у вас міста сї прибіжещем від местника, щоб не погиб убийця перше, нїм стане на суд перед громадою.

And they shall be unto you cities for refuge from the avenger; that the manslayer die not, until he stand before the congregation in judgment.
