ஒருவன் தன்னுடைய கையில் ஒரு மர ஆயுதத்தை எடுத்து, சாகத்தக்கதாக ஒருவனை அடித்ததினால் அவன் செத்துப்போனால், அடித்தவன் கொலைபாதகனாக இருக்கிறான்; கொலைபாதகன் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும்.

Or if he smite him with an hand weapon of wood, wherewith he may die, and he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.
