NUMERI 35:28

Perciocchè colui ha da star nella città del suo rifugio, fino alla morte del sommo Sacerdote; e dopo la morte del sommo Sacerdote, l'ucciditore potrà ritornare alla terra della sua possessione.

Because he should have remained in the city of his refuge until the death of the high priest: but after the death of the high priest the slayer shall return into the land of his possession.
