“Suruhlah bangsa Israel untuk memberikan beberapa kota dari tanah warisan mereka kepada suku Lewi sebagai tempat tinggal bagi mereka. Padang-padang rumput di sekitar kota-kota itu juga diberikan kepada suku Lewi untuk menggembalakan segala ternak mereka.
