કેમ કે મુખ્ય યાજકનું મૃત્યુ થાય ત્યાં સુધી દોષી માણસે આશ્રયનગરમાં જ રહેવું. મુખ્ય યાજકના મૃત્યુ પછી તે વ્યક્તિ પોતાના વતનના દેશમાં પાછો જાય.
