تَقْضِي ٱلْجَمَاعَةُ بَيْنَ ٱلْقَاتِلِ وَبَيْنَ وَلِيِّ ٱلدَّمِ، حَسَبَ هَذِهِ ٱلْأَحْكَامِ.
Then the congregation shall judge between the slayer and the revenger of blood according to these judgments:
