وَإِنْ دَفَعَهُ بِبُغْضَةٍ أَوْ أَلْقَى عَلَيْهِ شَيْئًا بِتَعَمُّدٍ فَمَاتَ،
But if he thrust him of hatred, or hurl at him by laying of wait, that he die;
