और जो खूनी प्राणदण्ड के योग्य ठहरे उससे प्राणदण्ड के बदले में जुर्माना न लेना; वह अवश्य मार डाला जाए।

Moreover ye shall take no satisfaction for the life of a murderer, which is guilty of death: but he shall be surely put to death.
