Zwijgt echter haar man van dag tot dag geheel tegen haar, dan bekrachtigt hij al haar geloften of al de verplichtingen die op haar rusten; hij bekrachtigt ze, omdat hij tegen haar zwijgt, wanneer hij het hoort.
