اَلْعَدَد 30:13

كُلُّ نَذْرٍ وَكُلُّ قَسَمِ ٱلْتِزَامٍ لِإِذْلَالِ ٱلنَّفْسِ، زَوْجُهَا يُثْبِتُهُ وَزَوْجُهَا يَفْسَخُهُ.

Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
