அப்பொழுது பாலாக் பிலேயாமின்மேல் கோபம் வந்தவனாகி, கையோடு கைதட்டி, பிலேயாமை நோக்கி: “என்னுடைய எதிரிகளைச் சபிக்க உன்னை அழைத்து வந்தேன்; நீயோ இந்த மூன்றுமுறையும் அவர்களை ஆசீர்வதிக்கவே ஆசீர்வதித்தாய்.

¶ And Balak’s anger was kindled against Balaam, and he smote his hands together: and Balak said unto Balaam, I called thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou hast altogether blessed them these three times.
