જે ઈશ્વરની વાણી સાંભળે છે, જેને પરાત્પર ઈશ્વર પાસેથી ડહાપણ પ્રાપ્ત થયું છે, જે ખુલ્લી આંખો રાખીને સર્વસમર્થ ઈશ્વરનું દર્શન પામે છે, તે કહે છે.
