അവൻ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നപ്പോൾ അവൻ മോവാബ്യപ്രഭുക്കന്മാരോടുകൂടെ തന്റെ ഹോമയാഗത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ നിന്നിരുന്നു. അപ്പോൾ ബാലാക്ക് അവനോടു: യഹോവ എന്തു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.
