అతడు వారితో “ఈ రాత్రి ఇక్కడే ఉండండి. యెహోవా నాకు చెప్పిన మాటలు నేను మళ్ళీ వచ్చి మీతో చెప్తాను” అన్నాడు. అప్పుడు మోయాబు నాయకులు ఆ రాత్రి బిలాము దగ్గర ఉన్నారు.
