ఆ గాడిద యెహోవా దూతను చూసి బిలాముతోబాటు కింద పడిపోయింది గనక బిలాము మండిపడ్డాడు. తన చేతి కర్రతో గాడిదను కొట్టాడు.

And when the ass saw the angel of the LORD, she fell down under Balaam: and Balaam’s anger was kindled, and he smote the ass with a staff.
