กันดารวิถี 21:2

และคนอิสราเอลปฏิญาณไว้กับพระเยโฮวาห์​ว่า​ “ถ้าพระองค์จะทรงมอบชนชาติ​นี้​​ไว้​ในมือข้าพระองค์​แน่​​แล้ว​ ข้าพระองค์จะทำลายบ้านเมืองเขาเสียให้​สิ้น​”

And Israel vowed a vow unto the LORD, and said, If thou wilt indeed deliver this people into my hand, then I will utterly destroy their cities.
