પછી તેઓએ પાછા વળીને બાશાનના રસ્તેથી ગયા. બાશાનનો રાજા ઓગ અને તેનું આખું સૈન્ય તેઓની સાથે યુદ્ધ કરવા એડ્રેઇ આવ્યા.
