ગણના 21:2

તેથી ઇઝરાયલે યહોવાહને વચન આપીને કહ્યું કે, “જો તમે અમને આ લોકો ઉપર વિજય આપશો, તો અમે તેઓનાં નગરોનો સંપૂર્ણ નાશ કરી નાખીશું.”

And Israel vowed a vow unto the LORD, and said, If thou wilt indeed deliver this people into my hand, then I will utterly destroy their cities.
