Ngày mồng một tháng hai, năm thứ hai, sau khi dân Y-sơ-ra-ên ra khỏi xứ Ê-díp-tô, Đức Giê-hô-va phán cùng Môi-se ở trong hội mạc, tại đồng vắng Si-na-i, mà rằng:
