Och Mose lät dem gå ut och utforska (undersöka) Kanaans land och sa till dem: ”Gå upp här in i söder (Negev) och gå upp i bergen,

And see the land, what it is; and the people that dwelleth therein, whether they be strong or weak, few or many;
