તેઓ નેગેબમાંથી પસાર થયા અને હેબ્રોન પહોંચ્યા. ત્યાં અનાકપુત્રો અહીમાન, શેશાઈ અને તાલ્માય હતા. હેબ્રોન તો મિસરમાંના સોઆનથી સાત વર્ષ અગાઉ બંધાયું હતું.

And they ascended by the south, and came unto Hebron; where Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai, the children of Anak, were. (Now Hebron was built seven years before Zoan in Egypt.)
