எண்ணாகமம் 11:12

இவர்களுடைய முன்னோர்களுக்கு நான் ஆணையிட்டுக்கொடுத்த தேசத்திற்கு நீ இவர்களை பால்குடிக்கிற குழந்தையைத் தகப்பன் சுமந்துகொண்டுபோவதுபோல, உன்னுடைய மார்பிலே அணைத்துக்கொண்டுபோ என்று நீர் என்னோடு சொல்லும்படி இந்த மக்களையெல்லாம் கர்ப்பந்தரித்தேனோ? இவர்களைப் பெற்றது நானோ?

Have I conceived all this people? have I begotten them, that thou shouldest say unto me, Carry them in thy bosom, as a nursing father beareth the sucking child, unto the land which thou swarest unto their fathers?
