நெகேமியா 9:37

அதின் வருமானம் எங்கள் பாவங்களினாலே நீர் எங்கள்மேல் நியமித்த ராஜாக்களுக்கு அதிகமாக போகிறது; அவர்கள் தங்களுக்கு விருப்பமான முறையில் எங்களுடைய சரீரங்களையும் மிருக ஜீவன்களையும் ஆளுகிறார்கள்; நாங்கள் கொடிய இக்கட்டில் அகப்பட்டிருக்கிறோம்.

And it yieldeth much increase unto the kings whom thou hast set over us because of our sins: also they have dominion over our bodies, and over our cattle, at their pleasure, and we are in great distress.
