نَحَمْيَا 8:8

وَقَرَأُوا فِي ٱلسِّفْرِ، فِي شَرِيعَةِ ٱللهِ، بِبَيَانٍ، وَفَسَّرُوا ٱلْمَعْنَى، وَأَفْهَمُوهُمُ ٱلْقِرَاءَةَ.

So they read in the book in the law of God distinctly, and gave the sense, and caused them to understand the reading.
