નહેમ્યા 5:8

અને તેઓને કહ્યું કે, “આપણા જે યહૂદી ભાઈઓ વિદેશીઓના ગુલામ થયા હતા, તેઓને અમે અમારી શક્તિ પ્રમાણે મૂલ્ય આપી છોડાવ્યાં; છતાં તમે પોતાના ભાઈઓને પોતે જ વેચવા માગો છો?” તેઓ છાના રહ્યા અને જવાબ આપવા તેઓને એક શબ્દ પણ બોલવાનો સૂજ્યો નહિ.

And I said unto them, We after our ability have redeemed our brethren the Jews, which were sold unto the heathen; and will ye even sell your brethren? or shall they be sold unto us? Then held they their peace, and found nothing to answer.
