પછી આ વિષે મેં મનમાં વિચાર કર્યો અને અમીરોને તથા અધિકારીઓને ધમકાવ્યા. મેં તેઓને કહ્યું, “તમે બધા પોતાના ભાઈઓ પાસેથી બહુ આકરું વ્યાજ લો છો.” મેં તેઓની વિરુદ્ધ એક મોટી સભા ભરી.

Then I consulted with myself, and I rebuked the nobles, and the rulers, and said unto them, Ye exact usury, every one of his brother. And I set a great assembly against them.
