ஓபேலிலே குடியிருக்கிற நிதனீமியர்களைச் சேர்ந்த மனிதர்களும் கிழக்கேயிருக்கிற தண்ணீர்வாசலுக்கு வெளிப்புறமான கோபுரத்திற்கு எதிரேயிருக்கிற இடம்வரை கட்டினார்கள்.
