Gerbang Air Mancur dan tembok sekitarnya dikerjakan oleh kelompok Salum anak Kohoze, penguasa wilayah Mispa. Mereka memasang pintu, palang-palangnya, dan alat besi penahannya, juga memperbaiki tembok di Kolam Siloam di sebelah taman kerajaan sampai ke tangga yang menurun dari Kota Daud.
