نَحَمْيَا 3:5

وَبِجَانِبِهِمْ رَمَّمَ ٱلتَّقُوعِيُّونَ، وَأَمَّا عُظَمَاؤُهُمْ فَلَمْ يُدْخِلُوا أَعْنَاقَهُمْ فِي عَمَلِ سَيِّدِهِمْ.

And next unto them the Tekoites repaired; but their nobles put not their necks to the work of their Lord.
