తరవాత అర్తహషస్త రాజు పరిపాలన కాలంలో 20 వ సంవత్సరం నీసాను నెలలో రాజు ద్రాక్షారసం అడిగితే నేను అతనికి ద్రాక్షారసం అందించాను. అంతకుముందు నేనెప్పుడూ అతని సమక్షంలో విచారంగా కనిపించ లేదు.
