NEEMIA 13:1

IN quel tempo si lesse nel libro di Mosè, in presenza del popolo; e fu trovato scritto in esso, che gli Ammoniti ed i Moabiti non debbono giammai in perpetuo entrare nella raunanza di Dio;

On that day they read in the book of Moses in the audience of the people; and therein was found written, that the Ammonite and the Moabite should not come into the congregation of God for ever;
