નહેમ્યા 13:2

કેમ કે તે લોકો ઇઝરાયલીઓને માટે અન્ન તથા પાણી લઈને સામે મળવા આવ્યા નહોતા, પણ તેઓએ ઇઝરાયલીઓને શાપ આપવા માટે લાંચ આપીને બલામને રોક્યો હતો. તેમ છતાં આપણા ઈશ્વરે તે શાપને આશીર્વાદમાં ફેરવી નાખ્યો હતો.
