vidare över Efraimsporten, Gamla porten och Fiskporten [i norr där fisk från bl.a. Tyros importerades, se 2 Krön 33:14; Neh 3:3; Sef 1:10] och genom Chananels torn (”Guds-favör-torn” – hebr. migdal chananel) och ”De hundras torn” (Meahtornet – hebr. migdal ha-meat) [Neh 3:1], ända fram till Fårporten; och de stannade vid Fängelseporten.

And from above the gate of Ephraim, and above the old gate, and above the fish gate, and the tower of Hananeel, and the tower of Meah, even unto the sheep gate: and they stood still in the prison gate.
