I byarna [utan ringmur] med tillhörande åkrar bodde också en del av Juda barn: I Kirjat-Arba med [tillhörande] dotterorter [ordagrant: döttrar, se även vers 27, 28, 30 och 31], i Dibon med [tillhörande] dotterorter, i Jekabseel med sina byar,

And for the villages, with their fields, some of the children of Judah dwelt at Kirjath-arba, and in the villages thereof, and at Dibon, and in the villages thereof, and at Jekabzeel, and in the villages thereof,
