Markus 9:12

Han svarade: ”Det är sant att Elia kommer först [före Messias] och återupprättar allt [som det berättas i Mal 4:5-6]. Varför står det att Människosonen måste lida mycket och bli föraktad (bli behandlad utan respekt)?

And he answered and told them, Elias verily cometh first, and restoreth all things; and how it is written of the Son of man, that he must suffer many things, and be set at nought.
